Backup Riverbed to NCM

Hi there

We have a Riverbed steel head and I am trying to backup the config to solar winds NCM.  I have set the username and password and SSH Auto but keep getting "Unable to log into router: Timeout...".  i hope someone can tell me where i can find a document on setting this up with this appliance or advise on what the issue possibly could be to start to troubleshoot.
