I am experimenting with NCM as far as comparing Device and User credential methods of login.
I am currently seeing a situation in which the Test button on the Edit Properties page show "Connection Refused", but when I download a config or execute a script using the resources on the Configs tab of the Node Details view, those action appear to work fine.
How can this be?
