Hi all

I am currently setting up a new instance of NPM 12 and NCM 7.5. An issues that i have found is that the failed download config alerts does not show what device the alert has come from, the alert description is blank after the on.

I have tested solarwinds online demo and the download config alert does exaclty the same thing. is anyone else experincing this or know how to fix it?

as a workaround i have added ${N=SwisEntity;M=Details} in the alert details to give me the ip of the device, but would be easier if it was on the main page like the other alerts types are.
